Who we are

Clinic Sourcing provides independent sourcing and program advisory services to licensed medical practices. We are not a pharmacy, manufacturer, prescriber, or dispenser.

What we collect

We collect business contact information for medical practices — business name, business address, business email address, business phone number, publicly listed staff roles, and the services a practice publicly advertises. This information is gathered from public sources such as business directories, public registries, and a practice's own website, or is provided directly by a practice that contacts us.

We do not collect, request, or want protected health information (PHI). Please do not send patient information to us.

How we use it

We use business contact information to introduce our advisory services to practices that may be a fit, to respond to inquiries, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell contact information to third parties.

If a practice engages us, we use the information it provides to carry out the advisory work requested.

Email and opt-out

Our outbound business email includes an unsubscribe mechanism and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently. You may also opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing hello@clinicsourcing.com.

Once you opt out, your address is added to a permanent suppression list so that it is excluded from future correspondence.

Analytics

This site records anonymous page views (page path and referring URL) to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Retention and your rights

We retain business contact records and correspondence history for as long as needed to run our business and to honor suppression requests. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the business contact information we hold about you by emailing hello@clinicsourcing.com. Note that deletion of an opt-out record is not possible, because that record is what prevents future contact.
